Game anglers internationally have relied for many years on Ron Taylor’s expertise in rearing the Gallus Sonnerat (Indian Grey Jungle Fowl), for their flies. The recent devastation of his flock by hordes of Mink from the nearby River Teme, driven from their habitat by the summer droughts, deprived him of most of his breeding stock.
Obtaining replacement stock has proven prohibitive due to the rare nature of the birds, impelling Ron’s early retirement (at age 88!).
As such, Ron would like to convey his thanks and appreciation of the goodwill he has relished from his legion of international clients since he established the commercial breeding stock of these birds in 1978.
His retirement offers a wonderful opportunity for game anglers to purchase a renowned TroutMasters fishery with three lakes, fed by Malvern spring water, situated in 5.6 acres of countryside.
The substantial residence (3,115 sq. ft.) is renowned for its spectacular views over the Teme valley with the Malvern Hills in the background. A dream home for the keen angler!
